The location is very convenient for visiting the city centre and main attractions. Staff could speak good English (quite rare in Nantes, for some reason this city ignores the internationally widely spoken languages) and were nice and diligent to our needs. The room was fine and the non-climatization was not a problem as it was well-insulated. Good practices regarding sustainability.

I really liked the hotel, it's very beautiful. The receptionists were really nice, and I loved that Jules Verne's books inspired the hotel. Everything was perfectly clean, the rooms are comfortable and the shower it's amazing. I recommend everybody to stay here. It's like a four stars hotel.

Reception staff were really helpful. the location is perfect for exploring Nantes city centre. The bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. We liked having a kettle to make tea and coffee. There is a great facility beside reception where you can make a coffee or help yourself to water and some soft drinks free of charge. It is a nice place to sit and relax or work on your lap top.

Positive: Clean hotel, lovely and friendly staff. Helped us with storing our luggage as we arrived early and gave us umbrella as it was raining bad. Rooms were very modern. Lobby area was nice with chargers and refreshment drinks. Breakfast was good very tasty and everything was fresh. Good location however uphill. Central to most sites. Negative: Location wasn’t too good for getting uber/bolt - had to wait a while. 3pm check in is very late for the price of 1 night.

The family suite was great allowing our teens to have their own beds and space. The suite was roomy and had 2 bathrooms, plus it felt very new and the beds were comfortable. The Jules Vernes theme throughout the property was tasteful and fun. The location was perfect for walking around Nantes.

The hotel is very well located, next to a lovely square and close to the river. Complimentary drinks (coffee, tea) are offered. It is nice you can fill in your own 'carafe' with plain or sparkling water and take to your room.

The staff here are absolutely charming - professional, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet and have a fun Jules Verne theme. The breakfast is generous and refilled constantly. We were there during Pour L'Amour du Fil and spent a few hours downtime in the hotel's bright lounge area where we sat and stitched and the receptionist brought us in coffee (offered - did not even have to be asked for - that is how great the team is). We've already booked for next year for the week.

The room was very clean, decent size, easy access, the location was excellent, in the middle of tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. We did not have breakfast at this hotel and there is no parking on the premises. However, the underground public parking is very close and easily accessible.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet location close to the centre ville & all it had to offer. The staff were it's key asset. Probably the nicest & most helpful we have ever experienced. It made us feel very valued & welcome.

The location is great. There is a little lobby in the hotel, where you can get water and tea, as well as cookies for free. It was very nice. The hotel is nicely decorated. We got the breakfast, it was good. There was a kettle in the room, so we could make the tea in our room. Very nice administrators.
